sweet yea just a few spots haha, looks good though. started painting my dash today, but the bloody silicone in the dash means it bubbles up, see attached, so gotta wait for it to dry before i can go sand i back and go again.

but i have found all the probs w/ my car, i need to replace the Z-bar, inner control arm bushes, and sway bar bushes. also for some stupid reason there is a bolt missing from my front cross member, i also need my front and rear brake pads machined, but ill prob just get new ones, had these ones for a while now, also need 2 new rear tyres a wheel algnment, and a new radiator. hahahahahahaohhhhhh crap. might have to leave my window tinting til later lol.

yea i can live w/ bubbly tinting for a while haha, but ive been looking into the bushes and there are rubber ones, genuine holden ones, and urethane ones, im not sure which one to get as they all have different pros and cons, so ill have to look into it further. anyway finally got some photos off my camera, let me know what you think.

thanks, my friend said she thought purple would look good, turns out it did, but when she get a vt or vx which i have turned her towards instead of a beetle, or some sort of hatchback, and when she does ill be swapping over the dash and painting the dash i take out of hers, do any places make up a spray tin to the same paint code as your car? cause when this day comes i was going to paint alot more, like the speaker covers, map pocket surrounds. but this wont be for a while, she hopefully goes for her licence in october.

if you do, have a look at my second pic where the air vent is, i havent seen anyone paint that centre part where the wheel is, which doesnt look right, but it is a massive pain to paint, so much silicone on that one part, you have to send it back alot, use thinners, it doesnt eat the plastic so its all good. but its alot of fun, just try to plan it on a day where you dont need your car haha.

thanks, nah no glare, but its only got 2 coats on it. its pretty smooth 2, i only put 1 coat under the cluster area, cause im planning on getting phreddy to convert my dash to blue and white and i dont wont that to be to shiny.
took a little convincing but she likes the commodores and seeing them done up, im trying to get her to come on the cruise, but trying to get time off is the hard part lol.
ill go see autobarn on kessels today in my split and get a quote, ill let you know how much

true, yeah a phreddy conversion would look great

haha nice work yeah more people on the cruise is always a plus, after the last cruise a mate of mine started considering a Commodore for his next car

true, yeah let us know,i wouldnt mind knowing myself for future reference,i just mentioned expensive before cuz a mate wanted to repaint his prelude to sell it,but to get the paint in a small sized can he woulda wanted wouldve cost him a few $100 which was worth more than the car so he just got it crushed haha
