Nice Seanator.
Furture mods look good but if you are going 200cpi cats why not just go 100cpi as both don't meet the emissions std for your car which need 400cpi cats plus you are going OTR/mafless anyway which is a dead giveaway that the car is modified.
Don't get the tune until after all the mechanicals (diff gears aside) are done or you will need touch up tunes especially after changing the TB.
Twin 3" X force is really loud if thats what you want but you will loose some low down torque over a twin 2 1/2" but the 3.7's should help it out of the blocks and then rev out.

regarding the exhaust, I wanted the 100cpsi cats but the kit I purchased only had 200cpsi for the 3inch. I plan to have all the mods on before the car is tuned.
