Heres my VT, VX SS BODY KIT, LIGHTS, INTERIOR, 20inch VE PENTAGONS - FULL ECOTEC V6 TO 304 CONVERSION. Alot of future mods in mind. Let me know what you think, and any ideas.

no worries mate its a pretty sweet car. what state are you in btw? just wondering cos im in vic and you cant have a v8 on your p's down here at least not sure about the rest of the country

315$ a rim i think, i found a reciept in the glove box coz they came with the car. Love them tho, need to higher the arse end coz the guards keep hittin the rim and the guards have been rolled lol

nice one dude, did you paint the engine covers yourself ?
If so, was it much of a job ?? I've been considering doing it, but not sure if it's a hassle to remove the parts to paint. (ie. if it exposes internals that shouldn't be exposed etc)

Nag it's not that big of a job mate and doesn't expose any parts to worry about there just there for looks

They're just covers, right ?
I'd be able to drive around without them on the car?

yes they're just covers thats it, and yes you will be able to drive around without them, i hardly ever had mine on.

How about the covers on the sides, aren't they rocker covers ? they usually don't have 2 covers on them ???

depending if you have the rounded covers or the earlier square one it depends how many pieces it comes of as, but yeah the tappet/rocker covers on the engine above have been painted aswell, not sure if they have a proper gasket on the 5 litres but on the old 202's and so on they were just a rubber seal so as you could take the cover off and put it back on without needing a new seal/gasket, which you needed to do as the rockers constantly needed re adjusting

its got rounded engine covers, and 'mirkz' i got dem done by a mates dad who sprays planes for quantus coz im shit at painting lol cost me 100$ including rocker covers and he finished them with some aeroplane clear sealant shit

yeh mate its a 304, they stopped the 308's at vl's.

the 304's are a great engine, they sound really good and they're are pretty much bullet proof

Thanks for the comments people, i realy fort it was a 308 lol never mind lucky i joined JC uva wise i never would of known lol, as for pics of the inside ill take some soon and put them up its got vx ss interior i dont like it though wana get it custom upholstered but it costs too much..anyone know anything about these LEATHER SEAT COVER HOLDEN COMMODORE VE VZ VY VX VT VU - eBay Seat Covers, Interior, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats.
