great looking car mate, the flag is probably a bit much tho, im assuming thats not a normal part of the car
Looks tidy mate, nice one.
Well done, looks very clean. I'd definately add a trans cooler to your list of mods (I'd recommend one even before any other mods). Keeping that box cooler will help it last much longer, even on a stock car. How come it has an 'S' badge on the back?
Im also confused RE: The title my first V8 and the appearance of a 'S' badge..
But otherwise, nice ride mate!
hey yeh its my bush toy.. its a 95 2.8 turbo diesel hilux with custom tray a bullbar custom 3" exhaust from bak of turbo, turbo is a aftermarket safari turbo running 20psi, 2" suspension lift, 2" body lift an 33" all rounder tyres and last of all lots of oil leaks..
nah i took the pics on australia day
it has a s bagde on the bak coz im a p plater and i got done with the ss badges on an thats the only reason the cops pulld me over
haha you get pulled over heaps so you took one of the s's off.
that is something i have never ever seen anyone do.
ballsy effort.
what happens if they ask you to pop the bonnet and they see a v8 under there and not a little ecotec?
i dont get hassled any more now that it jst says s.. the 1st time i got dun they asked if was a v8 an i said yes, it had ss everywhere an gen3 v8 on the sides. they still askd me to open the bonnet an then they started counting cylinders an got to 4
lol mate that is ****ing hilarious! why'd they bother getting you to pop the bonnet if they don't even understand what V8 meant lol
i still question it to this day.
i was wondering what springs i should go, when i get it lowered.. what would put me at a good height? i dont want to scrap on everything and i live on a dirt road that gets some serious corrosion
^^ yep. And forget about ever carrying passengers if you put SSL etc on your car. Dumped cars look awesome... but its the most impractical change you'll ever do to your car
yeah ive got lows on mine at the front at least and you still have to be wary of the nose when goin over curbs/speed bumps etc.
kool thanks everyone ill probly get lows after i finish with everything else
