vx s-pack series 2 5spd

just thought id show my ride off *BETTER PICS HALF WAY DOWN

as the title says i got a series 2 s-pack which came with leather interior, ss rims, ss spoiler, ss inductions cold air intake and full exhaust system when i bought it 6 months ago

since then i have lowered it on SSL's, monaro style tail lights, ss style headlights, blue monaro dial faces, ve ss gear knob and new leather gear boot

future plans are blue led dash conversion(hopefully soon), monaro bonnet and next year once i get off my p's im gonna put a v8 in it

forgot the most important thing.. got a type 'R' alpine 12 inch sub and type x speakers that arnt amped yet and a kenwood head deck and illegal tint

nice car mate, bragging about 'illegal tint' ain't smart lol. As for your V8 idea don't bother, just sell this and buy a V8 or super/turbo charge this one. a V6 made car isn't stable for a V8.

How do the SSL's treat you? I'm gunna be getting them aswell, so i thought i'd ask. I'll prob SL in front SSL in rear though.

its a bit bumpier whilst driving, but bearable! it sits really nice, the guard is level with the top of the tyre on the rear and on the front its sits like half an inch higher then the top of the tyre so if you get SL's on the front it will sit abit higher and might look silly?!

How'd you go getting the chrome gear stick? I'm thinking of getting one and chrome door handles (inside and out)

if it was the shity s pack spoiler i would but i love the ss spoilers

from holden, its the genuine vz/ve gear knob it comes with the gear boot, just cut the cable tie off on the inside.

not to keen on the door handles though :S i reckon the sleek black look, looks nice

I'll look into the gear knob :P.. Yeah I was thinking that too but when I saw Benjaminos Chrome Handles on his VX SS I thought they looked alright..

Either way I rekon they would look alright on the inside, especially with the chrome gear knob..

Ah fair enough on the suspension, yeah i might just get SSL's like my Ute has SL's, only reason i didn't go lower is because when motos went in the back it dropped a fair bit lol

its not really chrome.. its like a silverish chrome?! also if you do get the gear knob search gear boot in ebay and get the clubby gear boot with twin silver stitching

blew my type r sub on the weekend... so i bought twin 12inch OA pro series subs and 2 amps the bass is absolutely ridiculous LOL just gotta amp up the speakers to match the bass
