Am I Looking At changing the Rockers and Springs When i change the Cam and How many WRKW Gain Am i Looking At .

You'll need to change the spring for a cam, but don't worry about rockers. Just get a cam with decent amounts of lift to begin with and the factory rockers will be fine.
