Thanks mate! im happy with how its turned out.

I was considering a vx/vt s/ss body kit but by the time i buy it and get it resprayed to match it just wont be worth it. the cost of a body kit could be the same as my rims + lowering it so i couldn't justify it. But they do looks nice haha. Nice car too man

Haha thanks man I'm really happy with it still need to tidy a few things up though.

Yeh I know what you mean about the cost of the body kit, occasionally cheap stuff comes up though.
and yeh respraying is a bitch lol.

    What's next for your car..?

I'l [I]probably/I] lower it next. I dont want it too low but i think it does sit to high coz of the wheels. It actually isnt that high on stock springs but still needs to be a bit lower
And then that'l basically be it for big mods. I'm sure small things will come up but nothing too big.

    what are you thinking mate?

Yeh a bit lower would suit the car really nicely i think maybe even something like FE2 might be the go..? Ann yeh small things always come up lol and usually turn into big things, once u catch modifying fever its hard to get rid of it

If i were you i would maybe look into spraying the black parts of the bumper and the side skirts to the same colour of the car, would give i a nice look i reckon. But its not the cheapest exercise lol.

Other than that you have a nice tidy car that will last a long time if you take good care of her

Haha i actually meant what are your plans!

Yeah i have considered colour coding the bumpers. My cousin has a contact who can do cheap spraying supposedly so might look into it, but i'l be lowering it first to see how it looks.

Im also looking at getting a mace memcal. That'l most likely happen before lowering as a nice fix up for my engine. I run duel fuel and i think its only good getting a petrol one, but oh well itl make my petrol runs nice and smoothe

Haha sorry mate thought u meant urself. Aw having contacts in that area is gunna come in so handy lol. And the memcal should be sweet love all of maces gear.

As for my plans im going to pickup my Vx SS kit on Saturday, picked up the side skirts rear bar and spoiler for around $300, pretty stoked with that

Well I bought the memcal from MACE engineering and it arrived last week.
Put it in tonight and can defs notice a difference in the power/throttle.
Also, with lpg at around 2300rpm it 'chugs' a bit, more up hills, but i've noticed its gotten alot less.
its still there but defiantly better.

a good investment in my opinion

Yeah I think it did make a difference, not just my imagination.
was $145 to my door (hope mace dont ring my neck for saying that)

and yeah quite easy actually. bit fiddly as i was kinda making it up as i went. but i have basic instructions which helped.
just need torx t25 and t15 screwdrivers to access the pcm

What i've been told is it remaps the shift points and fuel injection a bit, improved fuel economy and makes more power, and better throttle response etc.
    those sort of things.
Results would vary but on both petrol and lpg i can feel a bit of a difference in general driving.
sorry to say but im fairly sure its for VT and older, but look into a vx equivilent

gave it a real good scrub and shine yesterday and thought i'd take my sisters slr out and try and take some good pics.
They actually worked out pretty good for a rookie. these are a couple of the good ones, plus a weird one of the lighting haha. bit hard to see because they're small but enjoy
