This is my first car (finally). Was searching for ages for a ute but decided to buy this off my parents as we finally got a new commodore.
Car has been in my family its whole life and is in great nic for its age, never been thrashed so i knew it was a good buy.
It's stocker than stock, but i have a few plans that i hope to get done to make it look good.

    now!

    How it was with 17s

Old photos, newer ones in the thread
Any comments/suggestions welcome for cheap mods to make my baby look good.\

Don't spray the grille black those two tone grilles look heaps nicer. Good buy you got there looks pretty mint.

Yeah i forgot what the crap plastic ones looked like and thought black might be good but doesnt look as good. I wouldn't mind doing that mesh grill job, but i think its reasonably complicated

Not bad mate, just two simple cosmetic things I can suggest are taking mud flaps off and replacing side indicators to the clearer ones if you put series 2 taillights on. Other than that it's your blank canvas go nuts!

Got my exhaust done today. nothing special just a 2.5" redback, no rear resi into twin tip.
Some might think it sounds shit but i love how it goes so im stoked.

Not the best video as its off my phone but it sounds better than the one i took on my camera for some reason :S

Yeah mate, ultimately it's ur dough, but don't mod a v6, just drive it till ur off p's and get an 8, that way u can buy more slabs too, it's win win.

and yeah, i'l be buying many a slab

Also, just took her round the block to give dad a listen. gave her a beating up my street, sounds so good! i can tell its gonna make me speed though...
