Nice looking car mate. Good choice of wheels. Maybe more low and less wing but thats just IMO. How did you get your photos displayed like that? not in thumbnails on the bottom?
Should check my VT out let me know what you think.

    Cheers,
    Alex.

and create a photobucket account, if you have facebook you can login through that. just upload the photo onto the site and copy the IMG code and paste them onto here

yeah, i'd be over the moon if it was manual, i'd be so stoked!
but as i said, getting it as a second hand off my old man so i can't really complain, gives me more of a chance to spend on mods which is lucky ;D

i was reading, i think on either this forum or the SC forum that in victoria, the law has been changed so you can supercharge or turbo a 4 door sedan family car on your p's, which obviously commodores fit under this category. do you know if this is true?
ill have a look at yours!

yeah thats true mate if its considerd a family car

might have some trouble getting the permission because it is the 'S' model, and they might question why a p plater wants to drive a supercharged commodore...but none the less its worth a shot.
your chances of getting caught with it are low tho, so i wouldnt be worrying much without the permission if i was you anyways

    nice car btw

so you've gotta have permission to do so?
how does the permission work? and how would you go in getting it?

Well in my case i wanted an ss or a evo 8 for my first car, we rang vicroads and they said you need to get permission from an employer as to why there employee needs to drive a high powerd vehicle. Since my dad owns his own electrical business, all i needed to do was get him to make a letter explaining why i need to drive it (just say need to tow heavy things)...once you have a letter from an employer you are able tk drive any car you like during work hours (9-6)..although insurence wouldnt touch you if you even mention an 18 year old is driving a high powerd vehicle so we didnt bother.
In your case because it specefically says "any family
Type car is accepted" i think you just need to ring vic roads and tell them your wanting special permission. They might just give you a letter saying
You have it or you may have to make up some bullshit as to why you need to
Drive it. Shouldnt be to hard tho mate goodluck

and yer, but we're still using the car as a family car, so taking the tow bar off would prevent us from being able to tow haha, and the same boat with lowering, as i said it already hits shit, so lowering it more would kill the car!
but one day man, one day
