Are you talking about the Frey rubber strip across the middle?

i reckon lowering her a bit mate... even just to FE2's, it will fit around the 18s so much nicer.

Yeah, i'd lower to FE2's, or King SL/SSL's.
Makes it look so much sportier.
Also upto you, its all about personal choice, but i'd debadge and remove the protection strips (the black anti-trolley-dents )

Ok guys finally got my phone back from an insurance claim

Few updates: managed to leave the windows open and it rained ruining half the foam in the drivers seat so looking at a vx as seats ATM
: and I rewired the LEDs in the car hiding all wires and putting a switch in the center console
: also had the clear coat on the front right quarter panel peel off real badly so Gunna try a cheap diy fix until I can afford a respray
: and pricing a second hand set of fe2 springs aswell


And rvtrvx nice to know there's someone around the area on here aswell

Ok so I've got 2 updates
Saturday she's getting darkest legal tint
And tonight or tomorrow morning I'll be installing the baby seat

Windows tinted thanks to traction tyres in coffs

So some new toys arrived for me today just put some of them in


LEDs for the rego plate



Led parkers and bars... Only one bar on at the moment
In one of the pics the led bar is next to the rego plate but will eventually be under the plate

Bars ended up bring a lot smaller then I thought bit for $10 I'm not complaining

Okay so I'm looking at a vt/vx as kit for her at the moment and plan to lower her on to sl or ssl king springs when money allows me but what else do you guys think should/ can be done to her preferably cheap mods for now

Nice ride man.You could do something like this,just to tidy up the engine bay.

pretty sick car mate, love the colour.

how'd you fix that front quarter panel that was peeling?
How about monaro headlights?

Haven't fixed the peeling yet but when I spray the Ss kit I'm planning on respraying the mojority of the car to keep it an even colour as the rear quarter was previously resprayed wrong by the last owner

And thinking I might keep the headlights as they are for now ... I took the protectors of and they're looking 100 times

And updates....
-Tinted the taillights darker... Darker then I wanted so need to redo them again

-put some new clear coat on the dodgy looking panels.... Looks alright in my opinion
*front right quarter, rear left quarter*

-started installing led window washer nozzles but one turned out to let no water through
so ill be ordering a new one soon enough

-also started removing the ugly trolley strips
*very long and slow process but I'll be taking my time and doing it over the next few weeks
