Hey guys,

Just inherited my folks VT Wagon...Damage and all. Mum recently fell asleep at the wheel and hit a concrete barrier on the freeway, in return, the car had to buckled rims, one bent crossmember and a bent steering rack!

The condition i get to have it for free is if i get her fixed up! which is currently happening. Only around $1200 which aint that bad! So from her its going to be my little project. Mum also had the habbit of hitting things so there are countless amounts of dents and scratches around the car! Most of the door handles have been replaced so which results in different coloured door handles and one black mirror, and one red mirror.

The plus about this car that Dad lowerd it number of years back with Superlows all round and at the same time had a full camber kit done!To also top it off, it comes with a semi decent (old but decent) stereo! Forgot to Mention the engine was replaced with a newy 2500 K's ago! so practically a brand new engine!

Ill keep posting here to keep you guys up to date with my progress of fixing her up! will also get some more photos soon too!

Ok guys! bit of an update!

Found out i have a little one on the way so spending has been kept to a minimum!

replaced the front seat... looks shocking being out of a different car (VY to be exact) last one had twisted, not comfortable at all!!

De-badged the tailgate,removed the pinstriping and gonna attack getting those side mouldings off in the next few weeks, currently painting the door handles when i can find a day when it aint raining in this hell hole (Ballarat).

Also currently repairing the front bar that matches the rest of the body kit seen in the pic above. cracked in so many spots but ive got a mate who may look at all the paint work on the car! considering a full re-spray but of the same colour or maybe just a bit darker. (kinda have a boner for cherry black)

Ive replaced all the globes minus headlights with LED's. White LED Parkers are so neat! still looks like a heap of shit but slowly getting somewhere! will take some pics when i finally get rid of the rubbish dump in the back seat :P

Scored a 2.5" exhaust off a mate for nothing! SWEET! had it chucked on today for a mere $80! everytime i drive i get a boner.

Also for shits and giggles (moreso to piss of a workmate who loathes commodores) i took the pic below!



Door handles have now been painted and the bonnet and front guards and the bodykit for the front end will get a respray next weekend. Also scored some 17" VT SS Wheels for now which ill pickup this week and a new interior (nothing fancy) gotta get the middle seatbelt working for bubs on the way

Bit of an update. (even if no one is watching ;p)

new head unit gets installed on friday, thanks to the tax man i now have a New Kenwood DDX4038BT. along with my rear camera. in the meantime between shiity weather. i picked up a new interior for $300 so now i have a matching interior! also been fiberglassing the front end that belongs on the car (as pictured) once again mum destroyed that as well snapping it off at the top one day when she approached the driveway a little bit to hard.



Has foggies which ive all set up with the loom already being there but im torn against wether the mesh inserts should be silver or black? any thoughts?

Hey Guys,

Havent been on for ages, had a daughter yadda yadda yadda!

Ditched the stockies, riding on 18inch HSV GTS wheels!, Stereo is good fun, been trying to do lots of little bits and peices when i get the chance, The front bar i was repairing is ready for some colour finally, got a business trip to sydney next week so will paint the front bar, bonnet and 2 front gurads when i get back! will also give the car a much needed polish with the buff ive hinted the missus to get me for xmas! for now enjoy some pics!

Plans after the front of the car has been sprayed is to repair both side skirts and repray, continue to pull off the grey side moulds and continue to fix all the bits n bobs in the interior.

Ill post more once i spray the front end over xmas!
