yea mate, but it will be a slow modification lol. going to keep it clean for a while before it starts getting out of control lol, ill be doing a similar front end conversion, with possibly a 6.0 or 6.2 litre conversion as well

yea the engine mod wont be for a while. first thing for this one is to get the calais suede bits and make the interior really classy.
not cost efficient at the moment, BUT ill be getting a VU SS when on my opens and do that up and have this as my daily and once the VU is all finished how i want it to be. then this will be getting an overhaul.

cheers, chrome goes well with it so im looking for some chrome door handles for the exterior lol. no VZ SS front this time... VZ Clubby front this time!!! but not for a while though. that'll be after my VU SS i think.

Here are some more photos. before i went to town on it. today i managed to (in this order) wash the car to get it ready for buffing, buff it all, wash it again properly, chamois EVERYWHERE (inside the door parts, engine bay etc etc), hand polish, then cleaned the glass (the glass is so clean you can see your reflection), then put tyre shine on everything black.
i also managed to change over the interior handles to my calais ones, change my bonnet struts over as the new ones are stuffed and need to be regassed (a long job when there is just one of you doing it), changed the air filter, and the power window switch as the new one was stuffed as well, but now i have something to experiment with. and gave the interior a big clean up. looks a million dollars now. and tomorrow i am on the hunt for some amps to run my 3 chosen pairs of speakers, and also putting in said speakers until i can get those amps.
anyway enough chit chat

nah i just took the cover off them, but i put the cover back on for now, i was thinking of getting WH SII International projector clear headlights like these,

cheers, i think they will, i didnt want the gto style ones as everyone has them and it wouldnt suit my colour (going for the classy look) and i didnt want to get the cheap altezza style ones. just finding them will be the hard part

thinking about it aye, might just use them as cruising wheels, like going out shoes, but i hated it when the old VT was like a 4wd, but i was thinking of putting them on today just to see what it would look like.

ok mate, will do, hopefully today or tomorrow, but i want to get the exhaust swapped over first, sounds too quite, especially with no music either as my battery reset and i haven't gone to holden to get a radio code for it, been nearly a week of silence

cheers mate, nearly got everything swapped over that i want, im looking to get a WH dash and paint that, so it looks 1st class inside. also need to change the interior globes to white LED festoons, gotta find them in the right size. yeah they arent the nicest out there, just keeping them on for the moment whilst driving to work as the lights are fairly chipped (no idea where the guy who owned this was driving behind) but now that im finished work they are off. really wanting those projector style ones, and also looking at getting these, saw these on a guys ride and the colour is similar to mine and i think it looks nice
