my 2002 vu ute
had the ute for about 6 weeks, havent really done much except for a new headunit and a good clean
mods in the near future
- finish the sound system of with a sub and amp
- new exhaust, extractors and all
- rims 20'' I hope
- hardcover
- ve hsv front bar, maloo rear bar and gto side skirts which i already hav

nice ute bud but in my opinion dont put a ve kit keep it within the model always looks better,but its your car in the end
has it got tint yet? its costing me only 200 for midnight express on my vu

Nah it was done by the previous owner. Wen im in the car tomorrow I'll have a look at the paperwork for the tint and tell you wat it is

better off with a vu ss or maloo kit IMO
ss will make it look sexy and kinda standard looking, should be able to find one at a wreckers.. then the money you save from not getting the ve kit you can get an exhaust system or some engine mods

first update for quite a few months
the stereo is just about done, just repositioning the 6X9 and later on in the year another amp to run the 6X9 and splits. pic only shows headunit 6x9 and splits but if also got an alpine amp and tube sub behind the passenger seat
other than that not much going on haha
went to summernats 25 on saturday, it was my first time there but so keen to back next year with my car, hopefully itll have a few performance mods by then
just added a couple more photos to first post, more coming soon
