Hey all,

Thought I would show off my ride!

97 S1 VT Calais V8

Bought almost 2 years ago in the below condition:















Had holes in the boot from the removed spoiler, mismatched paint on the bonnet, and dull paint. Still, had very low k's and driveline seemed quite strong

Threw the wheels off my old VR on the girl and cruised around for a month or so, till....

...I hit a Wombat which resulted in the below:





While it was in getting repaired, i also had the boot holes filled and resprayed, rear qtr panels resprayed, bonnet fixed and resprayed

Once repaired, looked like this:





And how it currently is:







and with my daily:




New wheels will be the next mod, along with hunting down some S2 chrome interior parts. But otherwise just keeping it as a nice cruiser to use on the weekends

Thanks guys - would love to supercharge it but it all comes down to $$$ lol; so prob in the short term interior bits n pieces and new rims

Nice, pretty much the same as mine, although mine has dark grey inserts on the doors. I can,t wait to get ridof the fake wood grain though
