Hey guys, with some time away from the car scene sine parting with my old 17UKN i have decided that i miss the old girl and decided to build another... hope to see you all out and about sooner rather than later,
ill hit up some boring details of my new stock baby...
the first photo are of my old wagon..
and the second are from the new beast to be very diffrent in a few months

as you can see from the photos i havnt waited anytime starting to strip her.. ive only had it 2 weeks, the missus isnt happy already ahah
vz ss front is on it way with a few parts in still trying to find
the pain has been chosen
roof lining in getting done this week and the rest will roll from there i will keep you all up to date...

suspesion set up is still all over the place.. dont know if i want coil overs,bags, or spring setup.

bar was dummy fitted on the weekend to make sure it hasnt been damadged in storage it acualy looked like something has happend and not just been stripped of it glory :mrgreen:

Rear door is back form getting welded. He did a nice clean job.. no body work has been done yet on the area i only got it back late last night.. so over the week ill get onto getting is smothed out and looking nice.. :naughtyda:

dash is slowly getting there i have gotten around one if the biggest problems the cluster... im going to run the vt cluster for now
next is mounting the glovebox and fuse box cover..

Piller trims getting done tomorrow new carpert goes in on the weekend, just need to find a center console and r8 seats and a rear seat.. Then interior Is done apart from boot area.

dan... the dash is a nightmare you would tink they are kinds the same.. ahah think again im going grey from this stupid sonversion.. lol

ahah man. all i can say if you want to to the conversion...
you need ALOT of time..
a grinder
a hacksaw
a very understanding girlfriend/wife lol thank god i do
a donor car dont to what i have done and spend hours stripping wreakers cars..
ALOT of booze
a electrical understnding (alot of re wiring)
and to have the car off the road for a while lol
but on the bright side...if you end up doing it man it it lookes 100% better and the outcome is worth every second spent doing it..

hey guys just a quick update.. sorry ive been slack ive been flat out at work.. bloody sickies ahah if only i knew what a sickie did for bosses when i was only a staff member ahah

- bought black door cards on the weekend so they should go in this weekend.. just need handles and door locks..
- im STILL waiting for my piller trims.. im about to go and hound him for them ahah (he workes next door to work) lol
- shaved drivers door lock saturday easiest thing i have done to this dam car so far lol
- scored vy ss wagon end caps on the weekend $25 for the pair brand new still in plastic, wasnt going to let them go..
- now in seach of a rear bar,side skirts and bonnet, its bullshit no -where has any so if anybody hears or see something please give me a yell
- roof lining should get cut for the vz sunny holder and go in if i can get this dam piller trims by this weekend..
once i get this whole interior done minus seats i will take a good photo and upload it, photos of my phone dont do it any justice ahah

picked up one, yes ONE side skirt today ahah also the shifter and sourond today so more parts to fit this weekend... still need glovebox and center console side trims.. then the trim is done minus seats.

went and picked up a glovebox, aircon dials today,
friday night i got a lot done, after a few to many JD's lol
left side skirt and end cap went on, new door cards were instaled, higher springs went back in, only to move it around eaiser, the Vz shifter went in only a few modifacations to get the in there rite, lookes so much better now. the only things now is ofcorse seats, and the side trims for the center console, i will go and have a hunt aound next week for them, i orded satin door handles friday so hopfully they will be in tommrow or wednesday. and just need to get the door vent and were done. apar from wiring ahah then then fun begins.. lol
ill get some good photos once they are all in hopfully by the weekend.
