hey guys, i have a 2002 vu ute
they come out in stock 17's
i was wanting to put 20's on them, can this be done without a mod plate?
as i am only on my p's and im not aloud to have any mod plates? or is that just rubbish?
just after some confirmation on the rules
any help would be greatful, thanks
come on guys, i need some info
hey mate, you should be fine, as long as the tyres are in good condition and you aren't acting like a twat police will l;eave you alone. I'd just make sure your insurance won't be void if you have an accident.
Kuzman's Supercharged SV6 - MACE TUNED
i live in QLD man
and also, will have i have trouble turning quiet sharp? my front end is pretty low ay
pretty sure QLD is the same as WA.
i had 20s and SSL's with 245/30/R20 tyres and i could turn full lock both ways no worries, and it was pretty slammed.
okay sweet as,
im looking at ve gts wheels, i heard they have to be machined to fit pre ve
true or not?
damn bro, how much for a set of 4 to be machined?
10char?
not too sure, most wheel shops can do it though
you need 10 characters to be able to post
doesnt that make them illegal because your changing the orginal wheel?
pretty much every mod is illegal, you stated before your car is low, is it lowest legal?
just wheather you have a good police officer or not aye?
noo its about 100mm haha but thats with low king springs
i was thinking about taking them out and just putting normal springs in, lift it a bit to make sure the 20's fit
okay sweet,
did the police have a problem with your 20's?
pft kingaroy police are assholes to begin with..and with king spring lows in your car you should be fine with 20's.
your tellin me, mates have been defected for like nothing
i have been pulled up yet though![]()
