Future mods: changing rear tip from 4inch to twin 2.5inch.

as you can see, its already missing one of the door strips, im going to put it back on, because!, the paint underneath looks like it has a join, theres a run on the shape in the skin, so im concerned that if i remove the rest that theyll have that drip on all n look crap.

and iv literally just put the fresh steelies back on, coz the chrome was peeling off the other rims i had on there and they looked soooo bad.... it looks 100x better now. and its not often we carry big loads in the back, just my PA system. and thats not very often.

well right now, it looks ghey coz the fronts mega high and the rear must have sagged, coz its nearly tuckin tire now. so FE2 will at least bring the front down to a respectable level, and the spings im lookin for the rear will be just tucking rear tire.

i agree with you that the ass drag look is horrible. theres always the grinder to take a coil :P

i spoke to kings about where i wanted it to sit, and they suggested the part number, it might have only been ssl i wrote it down at work, but i said to them, i want to tuck just the top of the tire, and they said, WOW (lol) thats low, i said really?? lol..... but still told me the appropriate part number to get it to my desired height. so repco have them in stock in coffs and if i get enough tax ill be getting her a set.

im just trying to go off my experiences and i had 20s lol, but with SSL's in the rear i was tucking about 0.5cm of tyre. with SSSL's i would have just been tucking rim lol.

small update. scored a VT SS front lip for nothing was a touch short, so its streeeetched on. lol. basically, screwed it on at either end, and then dragged it up over the stock lip until it clicked into the groove. so, for that, its ever so slightly lop sided, but im talkin like 2-3mm difference.
