Hey guys, this is my Vx ss that ive had given to me by my mother as she has got a work car an no longer needing it an she wants to keep it in out family cause we have had it since new, hasnt got many mod or future mods atm cause im working on my 4x4 first, so here it is

Age: 19 (before you guys start saying "you cant drive it" i have an exemption from the RTA cause its our only family car :P)

Colour: Red Hot

Exterior: All Standard

Engine Type: 5.7L LS1 V8 with 126k on the clock

Engine Mods: None, as of yet.

Diff: Stock LSD

Brakes: Stock

Gearbox: Auto 4spd

Suspension: Standard FE2

Wheels/Tyres: Stock 17" VX SS wheels

Interior: Standard

Future mods: Remove spoiler, An fix all the little things that are wrong with the body kit, Change inside lights to White bulbs, New Head lights, Monaro Tail lights, Bigger brakes, Otr, 25% under drive pully, full exhaust an a tune, Coilovers, 19 inch SSV'S or VE GTS, HID Kit, Leather Seats from hsv or VY/VZ, sound system an some sound deadener of course, Maybe manual conversion not 100% sure yet, an a complete respray in turismo blue or something different pretty keen on Turismo blue though haha, then a dash light conversion to match what color i end up spraying Thats pretty much what i can think of for now, will add more though haha

Only thing not standard about it, is that it has a exhaust for the rumble of a v8 an thats about it, its gonna be a sunday car for me as ive got my 4x4

Yeah utes gone, well for now it's just staying as is till I get a job, but once funds come available will be fix the few monor scratches/dings then probs lower an some 19/20's, so good owning a v8, it's great haha, an I know how this car has been driven, which hasn't been hard

out with the old and in with the new though as they say!! Should look awesome with 20's on it man

Good thing it hasnt been driven hard hey, hard to find an ss that isnt flogged these days..

Yeah it was really hard to sell the ute, but i needed a sedan, its been in our family since new, i sold the ute an bought it off mum, i learnt to drive in this haha, yeah looking at some 20" VE GTS rims or 19" ssv's, but that wont be for a bit, gonna get a job first an fix a few things up should be good with a OTR an a cam

Sure have man haha, yeah its good, but it needs a bit of work done on the outside, its all straight just a feew little scratches, an the paints peeling off the spoiler, but im gonna rip that off anyway haha

Just been thinking lately on what I'm gonna do to this, haven't driven it much cause the rain has washed my drive way away an I can't get out in it, so it's just been sitting in the shed, been thinking I might save up an get some airbags front an back an some ssv's long term things but gonna keep it for awhile I reckon, was gonna sell it an get a Vz clubby but I can do so much to this with the money I would be using to get a clubby

Dont do it, not worth it, only got this cause it was cheap, but gonna give it back to mum when i get another car, i hate the interior compared to the vz, this is so basic, save the bit extra an get a vy or vz, you wont regret it

I could be abit biased lol, but the vx ss isnt much different to the base model vx, i prefer the vy/vz, but then thats just me, everyone is different

Goes alright, wish it was manual, auto is good but i would love manual, but only keeping it a bit longer other wise id convert to manual haha

I'd love to drive an auto one to see the difference. But I love the 6 speed hey.. 1st gear is really long.. 80km/h.. Then 2nd and 3rd are heaps close! Love it ahaha

haha sweet yeah auto is good, but i still want a manual, its good cause you just plant your foot an your off, other then that i dont like it haha, im lucky to drive it twice a week lol
