Cheers man, i'm no sure wheather i am going to do much more i have started to really put my money towards something like a house or somethin like that... or even a decent holiday so i can see more of australia cause i haven't been outa tassie before..lol i have lived a very shelterd life as it stands atm...lol

But at the same time i know most of tassie and its roads and man there are alot of fun roads around my area:P

I'm also going to the drags this wkend weather permiting, and i will post up the times after woods i really would luv to break into the 14's but i think i will only manage a low 15 but hey we can all hope:Plol

Keep us all posted on the times, as I'm pretty intersted. I have simular mods to you and I would like to see the out come. I don't have a modified throttle body. I've done a total of 5 runs down the 1/4 first was 15.7 last was 15.3
I'll go back once I've done some more mods. Its good to get someone to video tape you so you can look back at it too. The worst part is that a 15 sec pass looks pretty slow at the track.

Ok well i got a heat shield for my zorst manifold yesterday and fitted it today, and while i was doing that i also replaced the plug leads and spark plugs only with standard 1's but i change them like every 20,000km so no point in using more expensive items.. i will post pic's in a couple of days..

Well i had my meet at the drags last wkend, but i only got a best time of 15.441 my reaction was around .5-.6 of a second, i hd no problems with traction this time around i used my 17s with dunlop sp3000 and yeah they held up extremely well. I didn't go over bored with warming the tire's up i jus had the foot on the brake a lil to get the wheels spinnin then jus let it power skid on to the staging area mind you there was still plenty of smoking goodness:Plol

I was hoping to get a lower et than i got but i was happy with the time but i only got to have 1 run in the eliminations as i dialed in a 15.5 and i got a 15.4 but while the sun was up i was running 15.6's and mid 15.5's so i thought that 15.5 would have been a fair dial in time but oh well maybe next time..

The 1 thing that i am getting used to now is takin off on the last orange and i'm still perfecting the right amount of throttle to launch it with, but seeing as this was only the2nd time that i had been there and competed i guess that i am only going to get beta I HOPE!!lol

I also got a heat shield from FIT jus before the drags i'm not sure that it does a great deal for proformance but it looks good to see nice piece of polished stainless steel under the bonnet, but you can't really notice it unless you look at it on the right angle because it refects everything that is around it so it jus blends in, as you can see from the pic that is attached:P
