Just curious mate, i noticed your WA plates and have wondered for a while why they have a "1" in front of them?, whats the population of WA? thought it must have been quite a few million to warrant the extra digit

Was going to get 18 inch XHP Barb's but now I'm thinking of going bigger. As for the license plates, I dont know why that is. I guess because WA is different to the rest of Australia (like we dont have sunday trading, you guys do....)

The reason why they have the "1" as the first digit is because that is the new style nubmer plates in WA. The old style use to be yellow with 3 letters & 3 numbers. But they wanted to start fresh "1AAA 001".

It just seems odd because WA only has about 2 million people living there, where as here in Vic there is about 4.9 million and we still have 6 digit plates and what about Tassie, i'm not sure about their population but it cant be that high and they have a "1" at the start of theirs as well

I envy you, and your mate with the VR. Fantastic looking cars? How long is it going to take you to pay it off though? Being young (assuming you are because of the P plates), you must have a pretty good paying job! Can't wait to hear some performance times from the track after you do all your mods!
