Well ive ran into my 1st real problem with my car and finally got it fixed even the previous owner had this problem and they had it back n forth 2 holden 4-5 times and still no fix. Wat it was doin was somtimes stalling randomly on cold or warm start and somtimes even tried stalling while i was driving and would give a lil jerk, somtimes not even that, all u would see was the lil engine light flash but it did a couple times shut down completly while driving around 60Kms

Found the culpret was the 1st wiring harness on the left in the pic behind that loom somhow water got inside the taped up wires and slowly started corroding and over the years and till last saturday the wire behind completly snapped coz of how much corrosion there was.

Now my cars got all its power back just gave her a service while she was at the mechanics, next gonna get the throttle body cleaned, give it an engine flush all b4 the HM headers go on with an exhaust

Where'd you find a stainless exhaust at that price mate? I'm interested. I paid almost that ($380) for a mild steel off-the-shelf single muffler sytem for my VN.

Super lows should be low enough to look awesome anyway. It'll look so much better. Just make sure you do the shocks and a camber kit at the same time at least!!

woah glad u picked that up man haha thats actually a typo the only thing i got stainless was the middle muff and twin tip the rest is mild steel i got that all dun at Exhaust Torque in bibra lake. i'll deffinaty do shocks and the camber kit but it may have 2 wait a bit as im spending money on lil things 4 the VP calais but soon as thats dun not touching the VT nemore

May aswell update this while im at it everythings all painted but the bloke who painted the silver did a rough job in the dam and didnt fill in some inferfetions inside there, bein silver it sticks out like dogs balls so gettin that re done and 2 make every1 happy the garnish is painted just not on the car woooo haha

lol! That's ok. I was just asking because I'm after a pair of stainless mufflers for my SS (old ones rusted through).

I bet it looks HEAPS better now it's painted hey? The kit on my VN still hasn't been painted yet! It's been on the car for almost 12 months! lol
