Damage was $2000 to repair.. Parts About $1700 some of these parts included Airbags crash pad but just about everything you see on the front is new and most of the front from front of engine forward has been replaced new or 2nd hand.. In getting some parts i was cheeky and picked up some different model parts to fit instead of just stock standard bits, Like the Leather auto knob with satin chrome knob and a WH Statesman International fascia with clock and new mode switch and a new dial face blue match the car

Separate i had to buy new other Airbags parts like Modual pretentioners clock screen front seatbelts and they were close to $700 alone.. I got a guy that will fit the Airbags and reset the whole system for $300.. then i need to replace 4 tyres back is bad and the front just might not cut it so that's $50 each for 4 used 80% tread pontenza tyres..
Most of what i got i'm told to not fit until after it's on the road give the VIV inspectors nothing to raise there eyes about, They say speak to them like "Yes sir no sir" As they can be hard pricks.. So even the Fogs stay home for now.
Then to get it on the road is the biggest payout i believe.
VIV is $440..
RWC about $50-$100.
Reg stamp duty's and all is $600-$1000 getting here is only possible passing the VIV first.
So thats about...$8200 with purchase before the rest... Total is fully on road $9,200-$10,000+ ?
And i need one more thing to get the tank check and i hope it's only a sensor and not the fuel pump also it's reading full when empty, They say sensor but holden

you never know always think the worst.
So list is.
Damage fix.
Airbags next week.
Tyres next week.
VIV-RWC-On road... Maybe after Xmas it's getting hard now with Xmas around the corner and i got to stick this A/C in the house soon before it gets to hot.. Woops forgot i got to gas the A/C in the car.
It might cost more in the long run but like my old car i was never going to just let it be stock standard i love playing with cars it's a great hobby sometimes it's painful and other days it's amazing.
I learnt some good lessons, Try to avoid cars with Airbags that have deployed they can cost as much as 50% of the cars price i was lucky this time, Also the ends of the Rails just because the car doesn't look to badly damaged doesn't mean the rails aren't damaged bad and need to be replaced, Again i was lucky we were able to fix the ends but removing 2 rails is very expensive..
