G'day people,

A Bit about my recently purchased M.V.

Series 2 2002 VX Commodore Executive in Shanghi Red:

55 Thousand Km's on the clock, mainly highway km's.

Minimal mods at this stage, only K&N panel filter, & 220watt pioneer front speakers & 280watt rear pioneer speakers & 1600kg tow pack.

Future mods:

Lowering all round, double din stereo, with amp and sub pack, dash light upgrade for blue LEDS, full exhaust system, tune and chip.

Update:

Just purchased and installed:

Kenwood double DIN hed unit with touch screen DDX7039,

2 x sony 12 inch subs 1000Watt boxed,

4 channel kenwood amp, sony mono block,

That looks really nice job on the stereo

Mine has bout 3 hairs of clearance when the stick is in park and eject a cd i say it was class when fitting but my mate reckons it was ass...

Mine hits the freckon knob. It only just hits it so the cd still comes out and closes but still don't like it hitting.

Apart from that i am having a ball, playing with all the functions, million and one of them. USB function is great, also IPOD connectivity. Now all i need is TV PAL & NAV which is about 500 each for the units which play on this HU.
