Yeah I'll get rims once it's lowered and tuned with the OTRCAI. I think it looks stupid if you get new rims when it's sitting like a 4x4, was thinking black rims with silver lip similar to these.....

I love everything about this car, except the lights.

Nothing beats Berlina/Calais lights on a VX. Considered putting those on?

lights won't fit.. completely different shape. he'd need a berlina front bar and grille to match.

No they don't. I ment the bar is fine.

Berlina's and Calais have reflectors in the Garnish, Execs and SSs don't, which is why they have the different bar.

thats the rear ya want on ya car. Will look very nice with it. and those chopped wheels u have done look very nice indeed.

Aha. Calais didn't have reflectors in the bar so therefore a Calais rear bar would look better and with those lights you can do it legally. That car hsvpunk linked to is ruined by the VT spoiler IMO.. each to their own though!

Were talking about the rear. Everyone has monaro lights, and they look shocking, and ruin the whole look of a car.

Fair enough, my car and i like it, I think it looks smooth and clean with those lights because it's red and with the badges removed. I just kept the Holden lion in the centre of the boot.

Oh OK That's perfectly fair, it is your car. If you're set on keeping it that way, which you obviously are, then good on you for standing up for it!

Either way you go, the car will look tops if you make it look anything like that photochop you made up! Those Starcorp rims would look nuts. Black centred 20s.

It is a beautiful place to start, i mean 6 speed LS1! Good $#!T. Plus the kit looks great in the red,and i agree with you, the lights look really good, it gives it a great transition from the paint to the lights, like you said, a smooth and clean look.

Also, that photochop looks unreal, you need to make the car look exactly like that. Those rims suit it so well and that stance looks so freaking tough. I look forward to checking back and seeing the real thing looking like that.

are there many ls1 execs goin around??? wouldnt mind one ur car looks sweet as does the sunroof come factory or did u get it installed
