VT acclaim starting problem

can any one advise i have a vt acclaim it is slow to start and when started all the dash lights come including warning alarms it doesnt seem to affect the car but it happens fairly regularly i have had it checked by a mechanic he cant find the problem new battery, new keys, reset the crank time all good for a while then it happens again driving me nuts any ideas would be appreciated

Firstly, you have posted in the wrong section (my ride), an easy mistake.
When you say all the dash lights come on, is it all of them or only certain ones?
