Stereo: alpine head unit, 2x alpine 4 way amps bridged for my splits, alpine 850 watt mono, type r sub box set, two sets of jvc fs6 splits with custom mounted rear tweeters.
Build Period: nearly two years now
Cost: fair bit, about $6000 or so in fixing things and sound system, car cost 14700 when i got it.
Contacts: rsc in griffith for audio gear mainly...other wise ebay and auto stores haha.

Future Mods: just a few niggly things like inside door handles, rear air vents and rear passenger power window is dodgy...

nah man ive got my eye on a vs calais in black...i used to have a vs acclaim and kinda miss it...like i said, i'm thinking of selling, so i wont overly advertise it but you never know. plus 20" rims dont like the country area i live in, can anyone say 'BUCKLED!' we have dirty pot holes around here...

too true. am thinking twice about getting another car again... this one seems to have a few problems which didnt occur when i bought it but are now coming out =( might look at that WH stato as it did catch my eye and is a V8 =D

yeah man, going to a vs calais actually gives me climate control, 3 display dash, leather...and thats about it...but i do lose the manual...meh what can you do?

true... i guess thats why they invited overdrive or POWER -.- I dont like using overdrive... engine revvs too high, stock exhaust sounds pretty bad with high revving

the matter of the fact is, who cares about manual shifting a auto unless its worked and has a decent shift kit. next point would be that i'm not racing a auto commodore 'wit a fully sik monsta tacho bro'...i'm making a profile page on my vx manual commodore...

ok dudes, i got an update for u all.

the doors i picked up to replace my dented one...didnt quite fit properly...man was i annoyed...so i decided to do what i should have done, booked it in for a new door and getting the guards rolled.
this is happening next tuesday, so hopefully by the monday after i'll have my car again.

next point is cos im getting the guards rolled i'm obviously (finally) lowering the thing.
thankfully i saw the GSL rally post on lowering kits and i think i'll take one of those.
cant wait to get it sorted.

i reckon the thing that makes them look good is the painted hubs and calipers, it reflects the black paint in there and makes them look nice and deep. but yeah couldnt be happier on how they look.

hey guys just a couple of pics of me and a mates attempt to fix my busted door...didnt work.

we got it all done only to find that the door was bent and didnt close or fit properly...i swore...alot.

i like the second last one.

Better throw in some more pics too, this is after i got the car back from the smash repairs, a cool $880 later and i have my door all nice again and my rear guards rolled a bit, hopefully it will help when lowering...it needs lowering!

Plus the first few are what the car looks like after a dust storm (couldnt find the dust storm thread) i reckon mine comes close to winning haha.

hey considering the rims are like 'inches!!!' bigger than standard of course the car is higher...gosh give us a break, not everyone can have super low cars...

on another note my super low lowering kit arrived from GSL rallysport the other day...wooo hooo.

new update...

after a few days of fun (well sunday arvo and the last few nights) the commodore is LOWERED!!!.

we lowered it and put in the camber kit, then bled the brakes. i also moved the stereo around and changed my amps so i could mount them on a little rack...heaps tidier and i threw two red neons in the boot aswell to smarten it up.

it gets the wheels aligned tomoz then i can drive it around and...stuff!
