Holden Vt C2R Rare.

Hey, just posting a pic of my holden vt.
Just got my P's.
Holden Vt series II 1999
Full C2R kit including boot lid.
SS headlights.
Altezza clear taillights.
19" Vault savannahs. ( stockies on the back for a good night haha)
Lowered on pedders.

3inch Cobra exhaust
K&M cold air intake system.
No Supercharge yet gotta wait

Love that kit (C2R stands for Concept 2 Reality if my memorys is correct)

The only other kit that suits VT/Xs is the HSB kit, which is pretty similar.


Ditch the tail lights, and remove the door moulds, and ditch the bling rims for some standard holden ones (powdercoated black for best results )

VT C2R is not a rare car dude, they were simply an exec/acclaim with a fibreglass bodykit done aftermarket, the company is now bankrupt hence no more kits being made.

concept 2 reality did these kits for vt and vx and the AU ford.

the boot lid you have is not C2R they never did a boot lid, its a VX SS style wing in fibreglass with a vx garnish and a C2R badge.

The kits may be hard to come by but the car itself as CHEETR said isn't rare. They look really nice. A mate had one on his car and it looked great.

Just titled it that way because the C2R kit is the main emphasis on this car.


Big mistake with the stockies because i got done for a burnout and car got impounded. Just got it back and sent it to the panels, getting door trim off.
Going to drop the ass end a little bit as well. i think its setting a tad higher then i want it too.

C2R kits are actually plastic.. not fibreglass..

I'm generally not a fan of the VT-VX era but this one's different.
Like everyone else has said, ditch the stockies and the bling bling rims, and get yourself some nice black 19's - keep the lights though they match perfectly!

Theres 4 cars with C2R kits? I doubt there'd even be 100 cars Aus wide with the kits. Most would be in SA as thats where they were based.

I have this kit on my car and I was led to believe that it stood for "Conform 2 Reality". I could be wrong, considering I'm searching this website to research info about the C2R!

I have this kit on my VT and am now looking to sell it. Being a chic that knows not a lot about cars, just the fact that my VT with C2R kit looks good, I thought this thread would be a good place to start!

I will keep researching, but if you, or anyone else for that matter, have any further information about the C2R I'd be glad to hear it!

Ive always heard C2R to be Concept 2 Reality, but i really dont think they are anything special.
There is at least 3 or 4 that live close to me, and ive seen another 1 or 2 up in frankston way.
