nice ride mate good upgrade! yeh good idea to ditch the rear spoiler, they look so much better without them
ditch the spoiler and it will look like an exec with a body kit. keep it looking like an ss

if worried about insurance you might want to hold off on removing the spoiler. i was talking to a guy from an insurance company who said i cant get insurance because i removed it. apparently because now its gone i only have 2 brake lights so iv removed a safety feature (one on the spoiler)
cars without spoilers have the brake light on the parcel shelf but if its a factory spoiler they have it on the spoiler instead.
not sure if that made sense but yeah if it did, something to keep in mind.

looks awsome man great buy, im in the same boat as u atm RAC decided they didnt like my mods on the VT so im now lookin 4 another insurance company 4 both. mayb u should change so the mods can beginhaha lowered and some nicer rims would look good on it. oh dont ditch the spoiler as stocky said it just wouldnt look like an SS then.

does anybody have any ideas on the gains of having the yella terra hi ratio rockers on an ls1? power gains, which ones to get, are they worth it, etc etc,
i was pondering some ideas on short term non-obvious mods, lol
also, i was looking for some low down gains in the form of extractors, pref stainless shiny steel, does anybody know which pacemakers would do me best?
i think ill be leavin the spoiler on for now, as james said, brake light, and also, just wanna keep the original' look of her, its so hard to look away
i think if i take the spoiler off ill be lookin at the bum my old car sorta thing, if u get what i mean.

firstly, i doubt a mafless tune will void your insurance as im pretty sure every single ls1 powerd car is mafless these days and if it does get another insurer.
Secondly no real gains as fair as i know in roller rockers. much better stuff to spend money on.
Thirdly what do u mean low down gains? ie low in the rev range? If thats what you want get some tri-y pacemaker extractors. that should help with low down power but if you think you are going to modify the car in any real way get some 4 into 1. This should still help with low down power but a tune will help you the most.
Also if your worried about going mafless you can still get a maf tune and retain your standard air box.
