Hello guys! Im new to this forum so im just so happy to have the chance to show you guys my ride. & yes its a vt doesnt look like one but it is.
Ive had this car for about a year now. Brought the car as it is (just changed the stereo) so i dont know the exact mods that have been done to it, as i dont know much about cars let alone commodores.

The Gen 3 isnt original equipment, not for a series 1 VT Clubsport anyway.

That was the main reason I brought it, cause of the colour. Nice drive too, had no problems with her since i brought it (just the brake pads).
Yeah I was thinking about doing the OTR & MAFFLESS TUNE next so cheers for that!
Your right the previous owner done alot of things to the car. It was built Nov/1997 with the standard 5ltr. He did the conversion of the 5ltr to the ls1 5.7ltr. He basically turned it into a vx. Brought it at 60 000ks now its at 80 000ks.

Yeah I know. Especially for a 97 vt.
Someone was saying that it could of started again when he converted the engine to the 5.7ltr. But i wouldnt know dont know much about cars.
Thats what got me when I brought it, was the Kms. Asked him why it was so low he said he didnt drive it for about 5 years.
Love the car mate. When my sister was buying her VZ SV6, she bought it from same place as your carI've seen it and was in love straight away. Guy said the engine was from a monaro from I can remember? Excellent car though. He tried talking me into getting it haha

Yeah this was the owners old car. He brought a new Monaro I think he spent 70k on it thats why he had to get rid of this car.
Come to think of it, I was there to look at a red vy SS. But this car was parked next to it. So I walked out with this one. lol
very nice and clean car mate i recommend the otr to more grunt i dont no if you get more power (they say you do) but it sounds made when you give it to it though

As soon as i get the cash im going to do the OTR & MAFFLESS TUNE next. Iv seen alot of cars on here with the OTRs.
Easy to keep clean as I only use it on the wkends. Use the mrs little jeep for work (cheap on petrol) as I work up in Brizzy. She uses it here as she works on the Coast (SCARY). lol
