    Default MY VTII 9C1 Exec

    This is mine and my missus VT

    its a Late 1999 VT Series 2 Executive, It was a Nsw Unmarked police car

    It has a Full VT SS Kit on it with VX garnish and Lights

    18x8 VE SS rims with 245/35/18 Contiental GT tyres

    Has had a chip put in and remapped shift points goes hard as for a V6

    Sports exhaust with all mufflers, nice not and not drony

    (it the 1st car in ages i dnt wanna make loud)

    Lowerd on king springs of unknown size

    Removed the spoiler and waiting to find a white boot with no holes

    Has LSD but is a little spun out atm so got a spool to put in or get it rebuilt

    Future plans are just a general tidy over and a few littel mods here and there

    Walkinshaw bonnet scoop
    VZ wiper jets
    CV8 front end
    Strip and retint the windows darker

    Had really gay altezza monaro clear light when we 1st got it but swapped them for the vx units

    Had a few little issues with the top tank in the radiator and a few dash globes and fuses i ahd to sort out

    lost the front lip on the gippy fwy so atm it looks like a exec at the front

    anyways heres sum pics

    hi peoples can any1 sugest the best brand camber kit for the vt bcoz i sik of scrubing my tyres out all the time

    With a car that low, it woudnt surprise me that the rear tyres would be scrubbing!
    Also just my 2 cents but i wouldnt fit a Walkinshaw bonnet scoop as it would not suit.

    getting full respray as some little **** has keyd the bonnet and passenger side badly

    going the lexus white pearl so it should cum up nice as

    looking at new wheels but dnt have a clue yet

    might even stik with the VE SS dunno yet

    had the mini spool fitted, new brakes and heaps of other stuff

    also fitted a pod filter but i think i wastd my time and money i shoulda put it towards the cai i gettn

    UPDATES

    put in a 81c thermostat
    new 02 sensor, new airtemp sensor and cleaned outt he airflow meter thingy

    also swaped my super lows for ultra lows

    fitted 4300K HID white lights, best 13 buks i spent on ebay

    fitted the genuine side skirts

    and also got new plates ICENVY

    umm i dnt know really, it was a rush job and i think the hole i found was the easiest to get thru and yeh

    but the powwer cable is out now as it wasnt throught a correct grommet and i almost coppd a defect for it so i took it out on the spot

    He has run them through the existing grommet in the firefall which is on the passenger side. This avoids drilling holes in the firewall, is quicker and makes it alot easier to run the wires through the car.

    There is an existing grommet on the driver side, about the size of a 50 cent coin, which involves no drilling etc and its on the right side, because if you run the power cable down the passengers side its likely to interfere with the ECU which is sitting in the passangers side kick pannel
