This is the VY forum, but your heading says you have a VT Series 2. Which model are we dealing with?
If its a VY, there are 3 levels of BCM in VY's - did you check to see which level you purchased? That might have some bearing on the window operation.
The relays are marked on top with codes. If you are swapping relays, just make sure yolu pick another relay with the same code on top.
