VY ADVENTRA - Trans Issues

Hi guys, Iv had an vy adventra for about a month now. Its just ticked over to 133,000kms and had full service history.
I was leaving work tonight and came across an issue

First and second are fine but i have no third, if i accelerate the car tried to change but then just revs till i take my foot off the throttle, then it WACKS into second. I also cant get it to change into forth.

Of late the changed have been getting a little slushy so i figured it was time for a service.

Any idea?

auto im guessing.

solenoids, new fluid. general trans service., get tech 2 to check for trouble codes

hahah i like that, id give you rep but i cant.

Doesnt matter now, spoken to the dealer, he gave me the name of his mechanic and its all going to get fixed under warrantee

mate mine is starting to get a little slushy between gears I have a 04 LX8 with 130Ks on it and i would sudjest for longgevity to get a serious heavy duty rebuild with a minimum of a stage 1 shift kit that will keep it going for many years to go otherwise I have herd the adventras seem to chew gearboxs
