Hi all, I know I have seen this on the forum before and I did a search but could not find the info....
How do you do the upgrade on a series 1 VY SS to get the digital speedo up on the display?
Its something that I can do or is it a Holden tech thing ($$)

So if I read the link correctly, holden can do it but I loose the speed alert function in place of the digital speedo?
Can someone confirm this?

^Dunno. I have the digital speed enabled on mine and the only feature missing is the overspeed warning.
When the trip computer is showing the speed, changes to the volume, radio station, CD track etc aren't shown.
On 3-window trip computers, the two side windows are just blank when you have the digital speed screen up.
If you bring up any of the other screens (e.g. odometer, distance to empty) then it functions completely as per normal, i.e. it'll display messages from the radio.
