need advice on car upgrade

Hey guys,
i just got my self a 2003 VY 3.8L Executive.
i want to start putting some money into her lol, but not too sure where to start haha i've put a $2500 sound system and a K&N air filter in so far
my budget is around $3000.
and advice would be good.

heres the recipe to making you're commodore wicked:

Add one teaspoon of rims.
3/4 cup of sporty exhaust system
20mL of darkest legal tint
then lower thouroughly until satisfaction.

-full cut and polish and interior detail $200-450

FUNCTION - lower car,new shockers,larger swaybars,w/alignment,full service,flush radiator
save for new rims /rubber,new extractors and sports system

looking mainly performance, where are a couple of good places in SA to get mods done?
whats the average price for a full exhaust system? also whats are the differences between mandrel bends and normal bends. would there be any point for this? cheers guys

mandrel is the shit,for sure!
normal bends are cheaper,just get the next size up .
its been tested in car mags many times,mandrel looks cool but you pay
not all exhaust joints can do mandrel bend systems
call rampage exhausts in adelaide

Done. (Then just do little mods as you go, i.e airflow, rockers ect ect.)
