Need Help With Wheel Sizing

I found some really nice wheels on an American website. They are TSW brand wheels and the sizes available are 20x8.5 5x120 +35 and 20x8.5 5x114.3 +40. Which of these would suit a 2003 VY SS Ute, that is if any of these suit it. I dont know which bolt pattern and wheel offset would suit the VY.

They also have a 20x10 option with the same bolt pattern and offset as those above. Would 20x10 rim suit the rear of the ute or is it to wide.

20x8.5 5x120 +35 are the go mate i just put a set under my vs wagon just get your front guards rolled and yopu will be sweet
