6 speed gearbox .slave cylinder

is the slave cylinder located in the bell housing of the gear box.does the box and engine have to be split to gain access.any info will be appreciated

VY would have an internal slave cylinder. that's about all I can tell you

But i will say yes, you will have to unbolt the bell housing from the engine, remove the flywheel, clutch and pressure plate to get to the slave cylinder.

you have to remove the box to get to the slave
flywheel/clutch doesnt have to come out
slave is bolted to the box
