Rear channels activated, how to? ute

Okay i know your all thinking this has been covered but i was wondering if anyone actually has the instructions or step by step to do it with the tech 2.
I may be able to use one and i need to know.
The local holden dealers told me i need a new headunit so i nearly lost it but i decided to find a way.

so yeah, how to step by step?

I had this exact same problem after Phreddy did the RCA low level output mod on my 6 stacker, only my front to speakers where working. Apparently the 6 stacker i bought was out of a Ute. When this mod is done it cuts out the rear channel.
Went to Holden they told me that exact same BS.

Told Phreddy about it & he forwarded this to me:

To program the code index have your dealer refer to Techline march 2003
It says "To program the code index refer to PV SIP Section 12D/Entertainment System/3.11 Program/F0:Program Code Index. Change the head units code index from ute (06) to sedan (01) , or from (09) to (10) using the Tech2. This will enable the rear amps

Print that out, take it to Holden & say it can be done!!
