VY engine and auto box price?

Just gauging what you guys and gals would pay for a 3.8l eco ( 115000kms) and and auto gearbox?

As long as it's going i would pay as a maximum about $600. It's pretty much spot on where it should be in it's life if it came from a VY and it may or may not have been driven hard. A gearbox will roughly be $300ish if you shop around you could probably find it cheaper though.

I was looking a while back around the wreckers and an engine auto combo like that wouldn't come in under $1000 with accessories. Even change over the wreckers were still chasing $700 for just the engine.

I wouldn't pay it and ended up finding a VT 140000kms with accessories on ebay for $600. Good as gold
