VE Bodykit advice

Gday guys. Haven’t been here for a while but I have been thinking about getting a body kit for my vy sedan. It’s a 25th anniversary model and I have done a few mods to it already (ss lights, lowered, 19's, exhaust.) and was thinking about getting an ss kit for it. But today I saw a vy with a ve clubby body kit on it, and thaught it looked pretty good until it drove around the corner and I saw the ass end of it, the rear bumper looked horrible. So I was thinking of maybe getting ss side skirts and rear bumper and possibly the aftermarket ve clubby front. Now I’m not trying to make people think I have a ve clubsport or anything, because it doesn’t even really look ve'ish. But I think it would look good and I was wondering if the body kit would still look straight or if it would look out of proportion. Open to all thoughts and opinions also.

I would probly paint the bits around the foglights differently aswell.

im sorry imo they look horrible, vz kits on vy's look ok if done properly but ve's are just a totally different shape and dont look right

they don't look too bad, though i'd be painting the foglight bits the same as that orange VY.

Leave your car what it is and if its an exec, Just get the skirts, front and rear painted.

aight thanks guys, its a 25th annaversery model so the side skirts and front n rear lips r already pained. anyway i might just stick with the ss kit.

Yeah, If anything. Just an SS kit. Get it painted right, And try to get a genuine one. Most of the time you can tell its an aftermarket one if you decied to get one.

Cool, so you'll just have to make sure everyone who ever sees your car is standing front-on so they don't barf all over their shoes?

Or you could just not get that kit.

haha. like i said guys, originally wanted to go with ss kit and was just thinkin bout the front bar n was wonderign what people thaught. im not keen on fiberglass bodykits anyway as always gotta cut them back to make em fit. but yer probs go with the ss kit. Wanted an S pack from the start. Only reason i bought my car instead was cos it had a sunroof and i got it for an awsum price. also every S pack in my area was way overpriced and half of them had had the **** thrashed out of them.
