Gearbox slipping?

Gday all
Driving back from up the coast today and noticed something funny with my vy s2 s pack.
As i go to accerlate, there is what sounds like the gearbox is slipping and not smoothly changing gears. What sounds like a clunk sound as i increase speed
How do you know when your gearbox is slipping? A bit like a jumping motion Or can it sometimes just require a gearbox service?

How old is your trans fluid? If it's old i would change it then see how you go. I noticed better changes after i serviced mine.

do a service on your trans, I had this issue and my torque converter was full of crap.

I eventually lost all but reverse. but when i let my car sit had drive for a little before it went away again.

ive only just noticed it, the car hesitates and slightly jumps...
i will have a look at the trans fluid

Sometimes if it's bad enough you have to change the fluid twice to get rid all junk that builds up in there. Also heard the solenoids can be a problem and are usually not that expansive to fix.
