    Default superlows.

Im looking at a set of superlows, 4 springs at about $280. I can fit them myself [or the old man will]. Do the superlow springs just replace the stock ones? Also what's the ride clearence with superlows compared to stock on a vy?
    Cheers.

You'll need shorten shocks as well and the car usually drops by about 4-5cm.

Yeah it's not hard to do, You are halve way of changing them when you take the old springs out.

You will not need to change the shocks with SL's. Maybe in the future, But the stock ones will do fine for a good while.

You'll need a spring compressor, And its quite easy to change it all, It'd be good if you had a hoist, because it'll take 3x longer jacking each corner up.

I have SSSL's in the rear and SSL's at the front, My springs have not flogged out yet, They're still good.
    They will need replacing soonish.
