sunroof- doesnt seal properly?

Hi guys.
Just bought a VY Clubsport and it has a sunroof.

Now the sunroof doesnt sit properly. You can use your finger to push it up a slight bit when its closed and see a little bit of the sky. When you drive, the air must get under it as you can hear air coming in unless you close the shade.

Does this sound like a seal problem or? I am not too sure with these things so any help appreacited.

I have a Calais with sunroof , without doubt its the most complex thing to operate on the entire car!!!!! Whoever designed the control console complete with 5 different buttons should hang their head in shame. The most coomon problem is they seem to have a mind of their own- several times mine has sunk down below roof level , the cure is to run the sunroof fully open then fully shut, that seems to reset the "memory" (if it has one!!!!) I do know its connected thru the Body Control Module so anything is possible with its positioning from time to time. Try that anyway,

Make sure it is just not sealing as i got a vy ss that i thought was just an adjustment problem but found out later the the glass was not sealing/stuck to the frame resulting in the glass flying out of the car whilst i was doin 100kmh down the highway
