if u want to go hard with power drop in a l67 (supercharged commodore engine) do some work to it and it will take 23psi stock.

The 23psi stock is a misnomer. A stock L67 will never take more than 16psi or so but the way ti does it can vary. Intercooled with full accessory mods will see around 230rwkw and 14psi whereas a stock L67 with a pulley can get up to 12psi yet only make 140- 155rwkw.

The L67 is a top little engine but I would suggest looking at a turbo set up on your existing engine. 250rwkw is easily acheivable and bottom end torque can almost match what an M90 (L67 charger) will produce. The turbo top end will be better though generally speaking.

Turbo for sure. These days tuning software for the ecotec is very advanced and an experienced tuner will easily maintain the bottom end integrity and give a nice power curve with a turbo. An XR6 turbo with an internal gate can be picked up for around$500- $800 2nd hand and Proflow do a kit at a reasonable price to get you rockin

im trying to sell my old manifolds, they will fit VT-VY. they were ceramic coated and include a new 46mm external wastegate. will only fit a external gated GT35r however i can sell you the ceramic coated rear turbo housing if you want to pop the centre and front from an xr6 turbo onto it.
