VY2 Ute Tailgate

Hi people, I was wondering if someone could help me please.

My Ute has been hit by some lovely person who did not leave a note.

I am trying to fix this myself and have been told you can get a skin rather than a whole new tailgate.

I have a couple of questions: -

1. Does anyone know how to remove the tailgate from the Ute?
2. Does anyone know how to remove the skin and reattach the new skin.

I would take it to some1 I think the skins are welded on (spot welded) u would hVe to drill them it then re weld the new skin on...
