Done some research on here tonight regarding exhausts. I found alot but not alot on wagons. I have a VY wagon V6 and id like an exhaust with a subtle burble at idle, bit of a note when you boot it but not too much at normal driving. Dont want that awful drone you hear sometimes on ecotecs.

I have noticed that as a wagon, the rear boot compartment noise compression is terrible. I am running 16inch (standard) as I have a Berlina and tyre noise is quite noticeable even compared to any wagon ive been in and quite alot worse than my old EL falcon wagon. Im considering spraying the black noise compression stuff from supercheap to see if it does anything.

Anyway got quoted redback 2.5inch cat back for $480 in QLD. Thought that was a bit rough.

Interested to see in the setup other people have for their wagons.
