just never had this done before, heard polyurethane is the way to go.

Yeah seams ok.

$200 for bushes.
$80 for fitting.
$120 for alignment.

Also depends on what brand of bushes. Mine was about that price for SuperPro Bushes.

Seems a bit expensive to me. I bought a set for Nolathane bushes for $190 and fitted them myself and $40 for a wheel alignment . Check this out if you want to do it yourself. How To Replace Radius Rod Bushes VT / VZ

Bit pricey. $250 supply n fit of superpro urethane bushes and $50ish for an allignment max. Your quote may have included supply n fit of the lower control arm to radius rod bushes which would be about right but if that's not the case I'd keep shopping around

Just checked my receipt, was $300 for mine actually... And prices seam to be a lot dearer up Far North, so your probably best to keep looking around...
