VY Monaro Rear Bar To Fit VY Executive?

Hey guys, i was just about to purchase a vy calais rear bar but it turns out i can get the vy monaro rear bar cheaper. I also have a set of vz calais tail lights ready to go in.
Just a few questions:
Will the vy monaro rear bar fit onto my exec? Same mount points etc?
Do the vz calais tail lights fit with the vy monaro rear bar?
In your opinion, which looks better- the vy calais rear bar or the vy monaro rear bar?

Also i dont plan on changing the skirts or front bumper, so will the monaro bar look out of proportion? To me it seems like a smaller rear bar than the calais

The simple answer to both your questions is "no". The Monaro bar is shorter than the sedan and you would need to put an insert in to make up the difference. Lot of work, and the tail-light opening is totally different in shape - the Monaro bar might be adaptable but again, much work. Overall, probably a lot more effort than it's worth.

Yeah thats what i was thinking...i ended up buying a vy calais front and rear bumper anyways
