strange noise

There has been this strange noise coming from what sounds like the dash area in my VY s the past few months and i cant find it(well i have not realy looked that hard)

It sounds like a sucking sound very soft and changed with revs i though it might be a vac hose for the AC controld but they seem to work fine, can it still be a hose?
i cant hear it in netural only in gear and only over about 1600rpm to around 2800rpm (it might still be there and i just cant hear it tho).

Any ideas?? and if its the vac hoses how and where is the best place to access them.

Hey dude, i got the same problem right now and have no idea what it could be.... i though the VAC hoses aswell...
