    Default Removing TowBar

    dose any one know if i have to remove the bumber bar to get to the towbar i had a quick look and im not sure thanks

    Okay sorry for jacking your thread, but on a ute, removing the towbar does this affect the strength or anything?

    if you're in a rear ender you might suffer a bit more damage.

    i was thinking about taking my towbar off, but about a year ago i was in the car when a guy rear ended my mate at a traincrossing, my mates car barely got a scratch on it, n the other guy compacted his front end with a big heavy duty towbar square punched into the front of his car....very funny, so i think im gunna leave mine on...just in case

    There may not look like any damage but you will likely find some where the towbar connects to the chassis.

    yeah...maybe, i dont really mind any more i dont hang out with him anymore...nearly died cos hes a douche n did 80 around a sweeping left in the rain n spun us out...such a di** NOT COOL!
