Hey,
Just bought one of these so called fuel savers off ebay and now im not quite sure where im supposed to apply it on the fuel line? I've managed to narrow it down to x3 pipes but not quite sure which one im supposed to apply it on and where. My best guess is the high pressure fuel hose but i don't want to take a risk.
That's the product and it says where it's meant to go etc. on a fuel injection engine
2x Fuel Saver fit Holden Commodore Suburban Astra Rodeo - eBay Turbos, Superchargers, Performance Parts, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 31-Jan-10 20:21:37 AEDST)
And these are x2 pics of what im presented with. I've made x3 x's so if anyone can tell me what colour x the product would be on i'd be very greatful. Also do i stick the item on the metal piping in the second pic or the rubber piping?
Sorry to sound like an idiot, thanks guys
the fact that u bought one is very funny dude. and a total waste of money
You sir been sucked right in!
The Blue One
Gonna have to agree with the guys above. Total waste of money.
But what the hell you've already paid for them so go for gold. Its the black X, that is your fuel line to the engine.

Hahaha, have fun with the fuel injection restrictor pal. Your car will run like a turd. Why would you buy a V6, then put a so called "fuel saver" on it. All it will do is restrict the flow of fuel to your injectors, and your car will drive like a haggard rat. Why not just buy a 4 cylinder if you are worried about the already low fuel consumption of a 3.8L Ecotec engine?
